I bought a single portrait retouch as a one-off for my LinkedIn photo and I wasn't sure what to expect. The file came back in under a day, with the colour corrected and a few stray marks gone. Signing up took about two minutes and paying was straightforward. I'd use them again for something bigger.
Read moreCompared a few options before choosing them, and the quality is a step above the cheaper ones. I'd say the price is on the high side though, especially for a batch of older prints. The turnaround was fine and the edits were tidy, just a bit pricey for what I needed. Probably wouldn't use them for bulk jobs.
Read moreTried three or four retouching outfits before settling on this one and the difference was obvious from the first proof back. The thing that stood out most was how they kept the skin looking like skin rather than plastic, which was what put me off the others. My wedding album shots came back in about a week and I've already sent them a second batch of old prints from my mum's side of the family.
Read moreThe wedding edit was the bit I liked most, my photographer's shots looked so much better after. Took a bit of back and forth to get the colours right but they kept at it. Price was fair for what you get, a bit more than I'd hoped though.
Photos came back looking good, honestly happy with the result. Only thing is it took longer than the site said, about five days instead of three, and I got no update in between so had to email to check. Still would use again, just wish they'd let you know where things were.
Had a scanned photo from my nan's birthday that was really blurry. Sent it over and got it back looking much sharper. Took a bit longer than I expected to be honest, like four days, but the result was decent.
Compared it to the usual editing apps and it's a clear step up for portraits. The skin looks natural rather than airbrushed. Only small annoyance was the upload kept timing out on my phone, so I used the laptop instead. Results were worth it though.
