I bought a single portrait retouch as a one-off for my LinkedIn photo and I wasn't sure what to expect. The file came back in under a day, with the colour corrected and a few stray marks gone. Signing up took about two minutes and paying was straightforward. I'd use them again for something bigger.

The turnaround was fine and the edits were tidy, just a bit pricey for what I needed. Probably wouldn't use them for bulk jobs.

The thing that stood out most was how they kept the skin looking like skin rather than plastic, which was what put me off the others. My wedding album shots came back in about a week and I've already sent them a second batch of old prints from my mum's side of the family.

I needed some scanned negatives cleaned up for a client pitch, since the originals had dust and water spots all over them. I know the product area well so I had a fair idea what to expect. The dust removal was decent but a couple of spots came back still visible, and I had to send one file back for a second go. Fine in the end but not perfect first time.
Used them for a set of event photos. The first batch was fine but the second took nearly two weeks, and I had to chase them twice. The end result was good, just not the speed I was expecting from something I'd been using for years.
