Compared with hiring a hotel conference room, this worked out far more sensible for our small charity board meetings. Booking was straightforward over the phone and the room was ready when we arrived. The staff were courteous and the refreshments were pleasant. We'll certainly continue using it.

The one niggle is the booking system sometimes shows a desk as free when it isn't, but reception always sorts it out.
