Used to go through an agency for dog walking and this is so much easier. Found a walker on here in like ten minutes, pay through the app and no weird admin fee. Walker showed up every day, sent photos, the dog was happy.
Read moreHonestly a bit disappointed with this one. I booked a plumber through the site for a leak under the sink and the first person they sent cancelled the morning of, then the replacement turned up two hours late with no call.
Read moreHad a look at a few other sites first, including one of the big names, and this one came out ahead for the price. I wanted a deep clean before we moved out of our rental and the cleaner they matched me with turned up on time and did the oven and the skirting boards properly. Booking took about five minutes on the app and I got a text the night before to confirm the time. Would use again.
Read moreI booked a fencing contractor for a new run of panels along the side garden. He turned up as agreed, measured properly and the posts are straight. Only quibble is the payment screen was a bit fiddly on my tablet, took me two goes to get it through.
Compared with the agency I used last year this worked out cheaper for a regular cleaner once a fortnight. The cleaner is good and does the same tasks each time. Only thing is the fortnightly rebooking is a bit of a faff, I have to reconfirm each time.
I needed a gardener to clear the back border before my daughter visited, which is why I went looking. The gardener was thorough and did a good job on the hedges. It did take a couple of days to get a reply to my first message though, which was a bit of a worry given the timing.
