I'd looked at a couple of other lenders first and this one was quicker to get approved, which was the main thing for me. Compared with the others the rate was about the same, maybe slightly lower. The app is a lot easier to use than the others I tried, and I could see the repayment dates without digging around. Got the money in the same week, so I'm happy with it.
Read moreI was expecting the money in my account the next working day, as the site said, but it took four days to arrive. I rang them and got a reasonable answer, though it meant waiting on the phone for a while first. The service was otherwise polite and the process itself was easy to follow.
Read moreWe had a sudden bill for the car MOT and repairs and needed the money before the end of the week, so I went looking for a lender that could do it quickly. Applied online on a Sunday evening, got a decision the next morning and the money was in my account by the Wednesday. The repayment schedule is laid out clearly in the app so I know exactly what's coming out and when.
Read moreI compared three providers before going with them and this was the most expensive quote of the lot. The service has been solid though, and the booking process was painless. The price is the only reason it's not a full five.
The actual booking was quick but the app kept logging me out every time I tried to check my details. Had to reset my password twice. Not a huge deal but a bit annoying.
Went for the monthly plan as it was the cheapest option I could find for what I needed. The price is fair and it does the job, but the setup took a couple of attempts because the form kept timing out. Once it was running it has been fine.
I'd already had a loan application turned down by my bank, so I was braced for a long wait here. The whole thing took about a day compared with the weeks it dragged on before. The interest is a bit higher than I'd have liked, but the speed made up for it.
Honestly, I have used them for my pension and investment reviews for a good few years now and they have been reliable throughout. The annual review is usually handled well and the adviser knows my file. My only grumble is that the fees have crept up a little each year, and the last renewal letter took longer to arrive than I expected.
Signed up through the app and the sign-up was all fine. The service itself was decent but the confirmation email took ages to arrive, like half an hour, and I had to check my spam. Otherwise no complaints.
