Compared with the service I was using before, this is much simpler to run day to day. The old one made me call a number for everything whereas here it's all in the app. Booking and setup were fine, nothing to complain about so far.

Been with them since the very beginning and the way they've kept things running has impressed me. Compared to the other provider I tried, this is calmer and more predictable. I've never had to chase a payment or wait on hold. Happy to keep going.

Went with the monthly plan after looking at three other sites. Signing up took about ten minutes on my phone and I had access straight away. Support answered a question I had within the hour.

Honestly it's the best value I've found for this sort of thing. The price is lower than the big names and I haven't had to pay any extras along the way. Booking was simple and the confirmation came straight away. I've used it three times now and it has been reliable each time.

I'd say it is a sensible choice if you don't want to overpay. The arrangement was explained clearly over the telephone. My only grumble is that the confirmation letter took nearly a fortnight to arrive.

It's sorted and it's good value, plenty of other places charge more for the same thing. I've been a customer for a few years now and nothing has changed for the worse. Payments run on time and the statements are easy to read. A solid choice for anyone on a budget.

Compared to my old bank this was miles quicker, I applied on the bus and it was sorted before I got home. No branch visit, no waiting on post. Money landed the next working day. Good stuff.

Setup was done in about twenty minutes on my laptop, which was the main thing for me. The booking page was straightforward. The only small thing is the verification email landed in spam so I had to go looking for it.

Booked the starter package after comparing three other sites. The checkout was quick and I got my confirmation within a minute. Everything turned up exactly when they said it would.

Compared with the usual options this is cheaper for what I need and the setup took me under ten minutes on the laptop. I did wonder if there'd be catches but the terms are plain and everything is as described. My monthly statement has come through on time every time so far.

I've been using them for around six years now, and I've never had a problem with anything. When I needed to change my details after moving house, it was done over the phone in one call and the lady was very patient with me. Everything runs smoothly and I get a letter when anything changes so I always know where I stand. I wouldn't think twice about recommending them to my friends.

This is good for the money and I'd say it is the sensible choice if you don't want to overpay. Set up was quick and the charges have been exactly as stated. I've had no hidden fees and the customer emails are easy to follow. I'd go with it again.

I needed a way to manage my payments without visiting the bank every month, as my eyesight has been poor lately. The sign up was straightforward and the staff on the phone were patient with me. Everything has been in good order since.

I needed a dependable service for managing my affairs, my wife having recently passed and the paperwork being rather a burden. The arrangement was explained carefully and the representatives took their time with me. I am grateful for the courtesy shown throughout.

Checked three other sites before going with them and this one was the cheapest for what I needed, though not by a huge amount. The sign up was fine but the verification email took a while to arrive, about forty minutes, and I thought it had gone to spam. Once I was in, the dashboard showed everything clearly and the reminders before each payment have been helpful. I'd still say it's worth comparing, but they're a solid choice.

I wanted something simpler than my last provider, as I was tired of the paperwork piling up. After looking at a few options I went with this one for its clear pricing. Signing up was painless and the welcome email explained everything I needed to know.

Bought the annual plan because it worked out cheaper per month than paying monthly. Setup was done in one sitting and I had access within the hour. The thing I was after is there and it does the job for the money I'm paying, so there's not much more to say about it.

I took the premium plan a couple of years ago and have kept it going since. It's been dependable, the account updates come through on time and the statements are clear. I've called support twice and both times the issue was sorted on the same call.

We needed something to help with the household finances after my husband retired and this has done the job nicely. We have been customers for over six years now and the team has never let us down. Renewals are reminded in good time and the terms have stayed the same.
