I needed cover after our terrier had a nasty bout of allergies and the vet bills started stacking up. I've had pet insurance before, so I know what I'm looking for, and this one covers a fair bit but not everything. The claim form was a bit fiddly to fill in online and it took two weeks before anything came back to me. Once it was sorted though, the payment was correct.
