Best decision we made this year for my son's reading. I work in primary education so I know what a good tutor looks like, and these ones are the real thing. The lessons are structured, the feedback is specific, and he is finally reading for pleasure.
Read morePaid monthly for the reading package for my daughter and it works out cheaper than the tutoring centre in town. The sessions are fine, the materials are printed and posted out, and the app shows her progress. The only thing that annoyed me was that the first delivery of workbooks took nearly two weeks to arrive, so she started a bit later than we wanted. Sign up was quick enough.
Read moreHonestly the biggest thing for me was how fast they matched us with a tutor for my son's Year 9 maths, we had someone lined up within two days of me filling in the form. The booking page could be a bit clearer about which lesson slots are actually free, I had to message them to check twice. Sessions have been good so far and he seems more confident with fractions. Happy enough to carry on.

Sorted it all in one go on the app, which took about two minutes. Picked a time that suits my shifts and got a reminder the day before. The session was good, can't really complain.
We bought the maths course for our son in September, and it came with a set of weekly worksheets and access to recorded lessons. The worksheets are clear and the recordings are short enough to fit around homework. Good value for what it covers and the tutor answers questions quickly.
The progress tracker in the app is the bit I like best, shows exactly where I am on each topic. Booked my sessions around uni timetables without any fuss. Tutor was sound and explained things properly.
Great service, would use again. Booked the entrance prep course for my daughter on the phone at lunch and it was all sorted in one call. The sessions have been good so far and she actually enjoys them.
Way cheaper than the agency my mum first tried, and the tutor is just as good. The online booking was quick and I got a confirmation straight away. Everything has run smoothly so far.
Very pleased with the outcome, and I would say that without reservation. We engaged the team to help our granddaughter prepare for her exams, and the tutor was courteous and well organised throughout. The communication was prompt and the price was fair for what was delivered.

We needed a school place assessment booked quickly after moving house mid term, and the process was clear from the start. The admissions team answered my questions the same day and the whole thing was sorted within a week.
Our eldest was the first to use them back in 2015 and we've kept going through all three of ours. The website has changed a few times but the booking still works the same way, and the tutors have always been patient with the kids. When my youngest needed help with her Year 6 SATs they had someone free within the week. Prices have crept up a bit but not unreasonably.
I signed up for the termly tutoring package for my son who was struggling with maths. The price works out fine compared with the local tutors I looked at, and you get a proper progress report at the end of each term. Sessions have been on time and the tutor is good with him.
We bought the revision pack for our son's GCSEs, which came as a printed workbook alongside online access. The workbook was solid and the questions matched the exam board style closely. Good value for the money, and the tutoring sessions that came with it were well run.
Booked it in five mins on my phone during my lunch break. Asked for a Saturday slot and they had one free the next week. Tutor turned up on time and my little brother hasn't stopped talking about it.
