We went for the full design package for the lounge, mood boards, layout and a shopping list of furniture and lighting. We had looked at a couple of other firms first, and this one was a bit more expensive than the rest but the boards were much more detailed. Delivery of the plans was on time, though one of the lamps we wanted was out of stock and needed swapping.

Got the bedroom plan for my flat, the one with the mood board and a bit of a shopping list. Pretty cheap compared to the other sites I looked at. Easy to book, the designer was lovely and it all arrived on time, got loads of ideas from it.

The lighting ideas were what got me, they thought of spots and a lamp setup I'd never have come up with. Looked at a couple of others first. Only niggle was the emails took a bit longer than I'd like to get back, but the final plan was sorted.

Used a couple of other interior design firms before and they wanted a whole load of info upfront. These were way easier, just sent a few photos of the room and that was it. Designer got back to me same day, quick chat on the phone and sorted. Really happy with it tbh, would use again.

Alright, did what we needed for the kitchen but nothing special. Booking was easy and the designer knew what they were talking about, but it felt a bit pricey for what we got and the final plan came back a day late. Fine for a one off.

I know a fair bit about interiors from doing my own flat up, and compared to the big chain design services these are much more thoughtful. The designer picked up on the way the light moves through the room and suggested a rug and curtain combo I'd never have tried. Plan came through on time and was properly detailed.

The mood boards were spot on, they picked out exactly the palette we'd been struggling with. Booked it on my phone in about two minutes. Sent over the plan quicker than I expected and we're already halfway through the sofa shopping.

Best value I've found for a room makeover, the design ideas came back fast and they were spot on for our front room. Only niggle was the emails took a day to answer when I had questions.

Got a reply with a rough quote within a day, which was quicker than the two other firms I messaged first. The only bit I'd change is the wait between the first call and getting the actual design boards back.

Would say it's decent but slow. Booked a consultation and it took about a week to get a reply after I emailed, which was annoying when I was trying to get a bathroom sorted. Once the designer was on the phone it was fine, good ideas, just the waiting around in between was a pain.
