Verdict is they're good. Signing up took a while because they wanted a lot of documents, but once I was in it all ran smoothly. Replies to my questions are usually within a working day.

The tax return bit was all fine and got done. Took ages to hear back on a question though, nearly a week, and it was just a yes or no answer. Would like a quicker reply.
