I needed to bring a few small debts together into one payment, as I had got a bit tangled with three different direct debits each month. The application was thorough and I'd expect nothing less for a sum of that size. Since consolidating I have a single payment date and a clear picture of what I owe, and I am grateful the team took the time to explain each step to me.
Read moreHonestly I thought this would be the cheapest option but the interest worked out higher than two of the comparison sites suggested. The application process was fine though and nobody pushed me to borrow more than I needed. I paid off the balance early but I'm not sure I'd be quick to come back.
Read moreI needed the cash to cover a boiler repair that couldn't wait, and most lenders I looked at wanted weeks of paperwork. The application took about ten minutes on my phone and they asked for proper documents without making it a faff. Decision came back the same day and the money landed in my account the next morning, which is exactly what I needed from it.
Read moreApplied for a loan to cover a second hand van for the business, and I knew the lending criteria pretty well already. The application itself was simple and they asked the right questions about the vehicle. The only bit that dragged was waiting on the valuation report, which took an extra day.
I took out a loan to buy a small car for getting to my sister's, and the paperwork was a bit more than I expected for a loan of that size. The staff were polite enough when I rang with questions but the callback took two days. Once it was approved the money came through as promised and the monthly payments have been taken without any trouble.
Way quicker than the bank for the same amount, I'd been waiting ages for them to sort out my overdraft limit. Applied on my phone at night and had the decision in the morning. Only thing is the app kept logging me out mid form, but I got there in the end.
I needed to borrow a smaller sum to clear a credit card balance that had crept up, and the interest on the card was eating me alive. Their rate was a bit higher than some comparison sites suggested but still well under what I was paying. The repayment schedule is clear and I like that I can see the total cost upfront.
Took me about a week to get through the sign up because they wanted a few extra bank statements that I had to dig out. Once that was done the loan was approved quickly and the money came through on the day they said. Rate was lower than the other two I looked at, which is why I stuck with them.
