I needed to bring a few small debts together into one payment, as I had got a bit tangled with three different direct debits each month. The loan itself came through without any bother, and the money arrived when they said it would. I did have to ring up to move my repayment date, as I couldn't find the option on the website. The lady I spoke to was pleasant enough but it did take a while to get through, and I'd have preferred to sort it online.
