I came to them after my husband passed and the paperwork side had got on top of me. I've used them for about six years now on and off and they've always been patient with me. Not always the quickest to reply on the phone these days, which is a pity, but the work itself is done properly.

Got the early slot on a Saturday, which I didn't think was even a thing. Booked through the app in about two minutes and they sent a reminder the night before. The person who turned up was nice and didn't rush me. Would do it again honestly.

It does the job but the first appointment took three weeks to get booked and I had to chase them twice. Price is on the higher side for what you get, though I suppose that's the going rate for this kind of work round here.
