The soft eligibility check is what sold me, it told me I'd probably be accepted before any hard search went on my file, which I really appreciated. Once I applied the offer matched what the check said, the APR was clear and the repayment schedule in the app is laid out properly. Nothing to moan about.
Read moreBeen using them on and off for years and this time the money took nearly a week to reach my account, which was not what I'd come to expect. Nobody told me there was a delay until I chased it myself. The loan itself was fine and the monthly payments are as they should be. Service was polite on the phone but I'd like a heads up next time.

The application was quick and the approval came through the same day. The one niggle was that I had to upload my payslips twice because the first attempt didn't go through, and I got no confirmation it had failed. Otherwise easy enough.
Read moreCompared with the high street bank I usually use, this was a bit pricier, but the application was far less of a slog. I didn't have to visit a branch or wait on hold. The money arrived the next day and the monthly statements are easy to follow. I'd still go with them again for something similar.
Best bit was the repayment date I could move on the app when payday shifted, didn't need to call anyone. Sign up took a few minutes on my phone during a lunch break, the approval came through the same afternoon, and the money was in my account the next morning. Only thing I'd change is the notifications, they're a bit too frequent.
The verdict on this one is that the people were lovely and the money came through, but the approval took longer than I'd hoped. The team answered my emails kindly and explained each step. I did wait the best part of three days though, which felt a little long when I was counting on it. Once it was done the payments have been very regular.
