I would say this is a sound product for the money. I was after something to take over the passwords I had written in a notebook, and the import from my browser went smoothly. The guidance on setting up a master password was clear and patient, which I appreciated, and it has done everything I hoped.
Read moreI was looking at this against a rival manager that's cheaper and simpler to set up. The sign-up was fine but the browser extension kept asking me to log in again on sites I'd just visited. Support took nearly four days to reply to my ticket and by then I'd moved everything across to the other one.
Read moreI went for the family plan so my wife and both kids could use the same vault, and it works out cheaper than buying three separate managers. The shared folders are handy for the broadband and streaming logins. Setting up the others took about ten minutes each. Read moreI had a look at a few managers before picking this one and the sign-up was simple enough. The price is a bit higher than some of the others I looked at, which put me off at first. It does everything I need, so I stuck with it, though I'd expect a little more for what I pay.
I've been using password managers for a long time so I knew what I wanted from the app. The core vault and autofill are solid and do what they should. My complaint is the mobile app, which was slow to open and sometimes took a few taps before the autofill kicked in on certain sites.
