Compared with buying from the club shop, this was quicker and I got a better seat for the same money. I've had season tickets for years and I know how the club sells them. The checkout was straightforward and the confirmation came straight to my inbox. Happy enough with it.

We needed seats for the cup tie at short notice, the club's block was gone. Found decent seats here in a few minutes and paid straight away. Tickets came through by email right after. Nothing to fault.

The first thing I noticed was the seat map showed exactly where the block was before I paid, which I didn't get on the other two sites I checked. I compared a few options first and this one came out cheapest once the fees were in. Confirmation came straight away and the tickets landed in the app within the hour.

I bought a pair of tickets for my first away match, so it was my first time using this site. I'd read a few things online first and wanted to be careful. The seats were in the block shown, the tickets arrived by email straight after payment, and the app had them saved for the day. Checkout asked for a few details but nothing too much. I'd happily use it again.

Got two tickets for the derby on the app, took about two minutes. Seats were together and the price was fine for a derby. The tickets came up in the app straight away so no waiting around for emails. Went smoothly on the day too.

We needed seats for seven of us for a birthday trip, and the club's own website only had two or three together. This site had a proper block with the seats side by side, which made the whole thing worth it. The money came off the card straight away and the tickets landed in the inbox the same day. Bit of a relief after all the hunting around.

Quicker than the club's own site, which crashed twice when I tried to book. This took about three minutes start to finish and the seats came up as I expected. Tickets were in my email before I'd even put the kettle on. No drama.

They're good value and I'd use them again. Booked tickets for a match in the north and the total came in under what the club charged for the same block. The payment page was clear and the tickets were sent as PDFs to my email well before the weekend. Plenty of time to print them off or load them onto the phone wallet. No complaints at all.

Bought tickets on the bus home from work, the app made it dead easy. Seats came up in the list and I picked two. The confirmation came straight through. Done in a couple of minutes.

Use them on my phone during lunch breaks mostly and it's dead easy. Found the game, picked seats, paid and the tickets were in my wallet in the app before I'd finished my sandwich. Didn't need to ring anyone or wait for anything. Works well on the bus too.

Compared with the touts I used to use outside the ground, this is a far safer way to get seats. I've been a season ticket holder for longer than I care to say and I've always been wary of buying second hand. The booking was simple, the seats were exactly where they said, and the confirmation came through on the same screen. Much less stress than before.

Sorted in the end, I'd use them again. Checked three other places before picking this one and it came out the cheapest for the seats I wanted. Tickets came through fast.
