Compared with buying from the club shop, this was quicker and I got a better seat for the same money. I've had season tickets for years and I know how the club sells them. The checkout was straightforward and the confirmation came straight to my inbox. Happy enough with it.
Read moreI needed a pair for my nephew's first match and the club sold out quickly. These came up as available so I booked them. The tickets arrived in the end but it took a day and a half, and I had to ask once where they were. Fair enough, but not quick.
Read moreNeeded tickets for a mate's stag do, we were a group of six and wanted them all together. Found a block on here that worked and the group discount took a bit off. Booked in the evening on my phone, card payment went through first time. Tickets came as a PDF to my email in about ten minutes, but the phone wallet option was a bit fiddly to set up and I ended up printing them. Not a massive issue.

Compared with going straight to the stadium box office, this was a lot easier and the price was a bit lower for the same seats. I've been going to Anfield for years so I know the usual routes well. Booking took about five minutes and the confirmation came through straight away, which is more than I can say for the last time I tried to get tickets elsewhere.
Booked the seats for my dad's birthday match, the same block he always sits in. Price was a few quid more than the club's own site but the seats were the right ones. Tickets came through the same day, though I had to resend the email to my dad's address. Otherwise it was fine.
Honestly the first thing I noticed was how fast the email with the tickets came through, like seconds. Booked on my phone on the bus. One thing though, the kick off time on the confirmation was an hour out compared to the match listing so I had to check. Otherwise sorted.
