I've been with this service for going on six years now and I've never had a reason to switch. The site is still much the same as when I first joined, which suits me fine. When I've phoned about a change the person on the other end has always been patient and sorted it while I was on the line. Deliveries have been on time as far as I can remember, and I've never once had to chase anything.

Compared with the usual place I go to, this is a bit dearer per month, which I didn't expect. Delivery has been fine though and the slots are more flexible. Probably stick with it for now.
