I've been with this service for going on six years now and I've never had a reason to switch. The site is still much the same as when I first joined, which suits me fine. When I've phoned about a change the person on the other end has always been patient and sorted it while I was on the line. Deliveries have been on time as far as I can remember, and I've never once had to chase anything.

Read moreNeeded a regular order for my stuff so got this one. Delivery was late twice in the first month, once by a whole day, and nobody replied to my message for three days. Setup was quick though and the app is fine.
I bought the monthly plan for the household shopping and it does save money if you stick to it. The first delivery was a little bit short on one item, which I queried, and they refunded the difference within a couple of days. Otherwise good value.
