I downloaded the app after looking at a couple of others, and this was the one that didn't feel clunky. Surveys load fast and I can do them on the bus. Got my first reward within a fortnight, which was quicker than I expected.

I work in brand tracking so I know what a decent panel looks like. This one asks sensible profile questions and the surveys are well laid out, with clear scales and no daft wording. Invitations come through at a steady pace and the survey length is roughly what it says. Rewards have been paid on time every month I've been with them, which is what I'd expect from a company this size.

What I noticed most was how long the sign up questions went on for. Loads of them about what I buy and my household, took me a good while. Once I was in, the surveys were fine and the app works. Only thing is the points take a bit to reach the minimum.

Compared to the panel I used before, this one feels a lot more organised. The surveys are better matched to what I actually do, so I'm not being asked about things I've never bought. Payouts arrive when they say they will, which the old place never managed. Knowing how these panels work, I'd say the screening is fairly tight but that's what keeps the quality up. Happy to keep using it for the foreseeable.
