Insulation Superstore

Good insulation at a fair price, and the information on the site about coverage was clear and correct. I found the ordering process straightforward and the confirmation came through promptly. The goods arrived as described and in good order. I shall be ordering from them again.

The first thing I noticed was the density rating printed on the spec sheet, which told me straight away it was suitable for cavity walls and not just loft use. Knowing that saved me a call. The boards arrived strapped properly on the pallet with no crushed corners, and I'd been worried about that after reading other reviews. Good stuff, clearly labelled.

I compared three online insulation sellers before buying the underfloor kit for our terrace. Their price was in the middle but they had the most detailed fitting guides on the site. Ordering was clear and the kit was complete. Happy with the choice.

Needed loft insulation for a job I'm doing with my dad. Ordered it Monday, turned up Wednesday, and we had it down by the weekend. Simple as that, nice one.

Had a dodgy draught in my bedroom and my landlord wasn't bothering so I bought some insulation myself. Ordered late one night and it got here quicker than I expected. Pretty happy.

I bought the cavity wall insulation boards for a small extension, and I was pleased that they kept their shape in the van and didn't arrive squashed. Ordering took a little while because I had to check the thickness with someone on the phone, but they were patient. Delivery came a day after the date given, and the driver rang ahead which I appreciated. Prices were a touch above some of the cheaper sellers, though I'd still choose them again.

I looked at two other suppliers before I went with them for the underfloor boards. This one was in the middle on price but the reviews on the site were the best, and the product page actually listed the compressive strength which the others didn't. Ordering was simple and the boards were what I needed. Happy with it.

Ordered the rolls for the loft and they were fine but a couple had a torn edge when they came. Not a disaster but I had to sort it out with them. Ordering was easy enough.

Needed cheap insulation for a rental before the landlord said no to paying. Bought the loft rolls and they did the job. Easy order, good price for what you get.

Order was quick on the site, took about two minutes. Rolls arrived next day, they were the right ones. Price was good too, cheaper than what I'd seen at the builders merchant near me. Would use the site again for sure.

Honestly the site is easy to use and the insulation was fine. Delivery took a bit longer than I'd like, about four days, but it arrived. Would still order again.

Needed some cheap insulation for my flat before winter got properly cold. Ordered on my phone, took about two minutes, and the stuff turned up in good time. Easy, no faff. Would use again.

Couldn't work out which rolls to get for my shed so I rang them. Lady on the phone was quick and told me the thickness I'd need. Ordered on the phone and it was on the doorstep two days later. Brilliant, cheers.

Tried a few different insulation suppliers for my semi before settling on this one. The price was lower than the rest and the rolls were the same spec as the bigger names. Ordering was smooth and the delivery driver was courteous about getting it to the back garden. Would go back to them for the next room.

My first order with them was for some sheep wool insulation for the attic. The product is lovely to handle and smells fine. The only thing was the delivery window slipped a day and I had to rearrange work. Otherwise straightforward.

Bought the rigid boards for my first ever loft conversion. The order page walked me through the thickness options which helped a lot. Turned up well packed and on time. Glad I went with them.

Good value for loft insulation and the rolls were the right thickness for my joists. I've done a few jobs now so I know what to look for, and the coverage figures on the site were accurate. Delivery was a day later than they said but the driver was polite and the rolls were dry. Would order again.
