This was my first time using them and I'd say it's a good one. Booked a one-off clean before my sister's visit. The cleaner was friendly and got everything done in the time they said. Definitely booking again.

Would say it's a 4 out of the box. The app kept logging me out when I tried to change the time slot, which was annoying. Once I got booked in the cleaner was sound and turned up when they said.

Compared it to the big agencies in town and this came out well under them for the same two hour clean. The cleaner was a bit late on the first visit but the rest of the time was fine. Still a good deal for what you get.

I've used cleaning firms for years so I know what a decent service looks like. This time the booking went through fine but the cleaner rang an hour before to say she couldn't make it, and the replacement arrived two days later. The support line took ages to answer when I rang about a refund. I'd expect better than that for the price.
