The sign up took about ten minutes and the site was running on the same day, which I liked a lot, the dashboard is clear and everything I needed was where I expected. The only niggle is that the first invoice came with a setup fee I hadn't spotted on the pricing page, so I had to ask support to explain it. They did reply the next morning and were helpful about it, just a bit of a fuss.

Needed a basic site up for a freelance gig fast and this was the first one I tried. Signup took a few minutes and the site was live that evening. The support reply came in about three days though, which was a bit slow for a simple question about forms. Fine for what it is.

Used them for our local club website and it has been fine for a good few years now. Renewal reminders arrive on time, which is more than I can say for the last lot. The only annoyance was a backup restore that took most of an afternoon to sort, but it all worked in the end. Would stay with them.

Kept the hosting plan on for a second year and the price went up a fair bit at renewal. I'd been on the intro rate so I wasn't entirely surprised but it still stung. Site has been reliable and the staff were helpful when I asked about the new price.

Bought their business email package years ago and it's still doing the job. The mailboxes come through to my phone without any fuss. Only thing that bugged me was the webmail login wanting a reset every few months, but once you're in it's fine.

I looked at a couple of other cloud hosting providers before going with them and they came out a bit cheaper for what we needed. Setting up the account was quick enough, took maybe twenty minutes including the verification email which came through after a few minutes. The support chat did take a while to answer one question about backups, about a day, but the answer was clear once it came. Happy with it so far.
