Flower Delivery

I'd tried another flower site before and found this one a bit cheaper once delivery was included. Compared to that, this was simpler to order from and the delivery came on the day. The only thing I'd note is the reminder emails are a bit much if you order often. Still a decent option for a birthday.

I ordered a sympathy bouquet to be sent to a friend who had recently lost her husband, and I'm afraid it was a disappointment. The flowers were noticeably smaller than the photograph on the site and a few were already wilting when they arrived. I did contact their customer service, who were polite enough, but the replacement took several days to come through. It was not what I had hoped for at such a sad time.
