I've been using this company's software for years, first with an old desktop and more recently with a laptop. It's always done what I needed, which is getting back things I've accidentally deleted at work. The updates keep it working on newer systems and the interface hasn't changed much, which I actually like.

The scan took a while but the software stayed responsive throughout. The files came back in their folders, with names intact, which I didn't expect. I bought the recovery software to get back some photos from a memory card that had gone unreadable. The software did find them, which I was pleased about. The scan did take quite a long time, longer than I'd expected, so it's worth leaving the computer alone for a while. Otherwise I had no real complaints with how it worked.
Used this to recover some work files from a failed SSD and the scan found most of what I needed. The price felt a bit high for a one off job compared with the cheaper tool I'd looked at first. The results were good though, and I didn't need to contact support at all.
