I signed up for the annual backup plan when I got a new laptop and set it to run nightly. Setup took about ten minutes and the cloud sync has run every night since without me touching it. When my old laptop's hard drive started clicking I restored the whole user folder onto the new machine in one go and everything was where I left it. Really glad I didn't leave it another week.

The reply came back almost four days later and then I still had to chase the refund. Backup itself was fine while it ran but the billing side was a real pain. Probably won't come back.

The recovery screens were laid out plainly and I was able to find the documents without needing to telephone anyone. The whole thing took a little while but I was quite pleased with how gently it guided me through. My documents are safely back where they belong.

Needed something to back up my work files and the price was low enough to just give it a go. Installed it on my desktop and the scheduled backups have run fine so far. The customer wording on one renewal screen was a bit confusing, mind. Otherwise good value.
