COOSEON

Applied through the app on my lunch break and had an answer before I'd finished my sandwich, which I didn't expect. The money landed in my account the next working day. Repayments come out on the date they said they would, no fuss. Only thing I'd flag is the app timed out once halfway through the form and I had to start again.

I'd say it's a decent option but the rate was a bit higher than a couple of others I looked at. Application took about ten minutes and approval was quick. The money took a day longer than they said it would, which was annoying when I needed it. Customer chat was helpful though, once I got through to someone.

Compared to the last place I borrowed from, this is much smoother, the old one kept sending letters in the post. Here everything is in the app and I can see my schedule. Only small gripe is the app sometimes times out when I'm checking the balance, but I can always log back in.

I looked at a few lenders before settling on this one, mainly because the monthly figure worked better for me. Application was simple enough, approval took a couple of hours. Customer service is fine, not chatty but they answer. Nothing major to moan about.

First time I've ever borrowed money so I was nervous about the whole thing. What stood out most was how clear the repayment schedule was before I signed anything, you could see every month laid out. The checks took a few days longer than the site suggested, and I had to upload my payslips twice because the first pics were blurry. Once approved the money came through fine and the first payment went out on time.

I'd say it's a sensible service for what I needed. The application was sorted over the phone with a lovely lady who explained each step. Funds came through as promised. There's a small fee for paying off early that I hadn't expected, but it was explained before I signed.

Compared to my bank's loan process this was miles quicker, the bank wanted a branch visit and a week of back and forth. Here the decision came through in under an hour and the cash went out the same afternoon. Nothing to complain about.

I've used this company for a few loans over the years and they've always been reliable. The latest one went through the same as the others, quick approval and money in the bank by morning. The app has improved a lot since I first signed up.

I took out a personal loan to pay for some roof repairs. The application form asked for quite a lot of detail, which I found tedious, but everything was clear. The money arrived promptly once approved. My only complaint is that my first query by email took nearly four days to get a reply, which I found rather slow.

Had a sudden bill for the car and needed the money fast, so this was the quickest route I could find. Signed up on the app between meetings and got a yes that same day. Repayment schedule is set up automatically which saves me remembering. Would use it again if I had to.
