I went for the bulk bag collection after comparing a few local options, mostly because the others wanted a deposit upfront. Their driver collected the bag from my drive on the Thursday as booked and didn't leave any rubbish behind. I had to phone once to check the date and the lady on the phone was patient about it. Would use them again.

We needed rid of an old washing machine and a broken sofa before the new flat inspection, so this was my first time using them. Booking through the site was simple and I got a confirmation straight away. The collection window was a bit wide though, they said morning and it was closer to half twelve, which was annoying when I'd taken the morning off. Otherwise fine.

Good enough, would use again. Bit pricier than the cheapest van I found but they turned up on the day and took everything, mattress included. Booking took two minutes on the app.

The driver turned up in the window they gave and was done in under ten minutes, which is more than I can say for the last firm I used. We had a load of old decking boards and a rotten shed door, and he sorted it all into the right piles without me having to ask. Booking was easy on the site too. Didn't have to chase anyone for a confirmation.

Does the job, but it takes its time. I've used them for the odd bit of garden waste over the years and they've always turned up eventually. This time the collection slipped by a day and nobody told me until I rang. The driver was courteous when he came though, and nothing was left behind.

I got three quotes before picking them, and they were the middle price but the only one who didn't want a deposit upfront. The booking page showed exactly what would be taken and what wouldn't, which saved me a phone call. They asked for a few photos of the clutter first, which felt a bit much, but the crew arrived when they said and cleared the spare room and the old wardrobe. Price was fair for what we got.

We needed a clear out before the move and didn't fancy hiring a van. I checked a few companies and these were the middle price. The lads were efficient and swept up after themselves, which was nice. Small thing, the invoice came as a PDF that wouldn't open on my phone at first.

Way quicker than the old firm I used to use for clearing out the garage, they were booked for a week and these lot came out the next morning. Driver rang ahead, loaded everything in about twenty minutes and sent the receipt to my email before I'd even got the kettle on. Only just typing this on the bus so forgive the typos.

I compared them against two other firms before booking, and they came out quite a bit dearer for what we had to clear from the loft. The collection itself went without any bother, but it took the best part of a week to get the confirmation and a reply to my first email. I'd have expected a quicker response for a booking of this kind.

We booked the single sack collection for an old lawnmower and some rubbish from the shed. The driver arrived on time and took it away without fuss. Polite and tidy, thank you.
