I needed help for my dad after he came out of hospital and didn't know where to start. The sign up took about ten minutes and the first visit was arranged within a couple of days. Everyone has been very kind to him.

booked a carer for my nan through the site on a Sunday night and someone rang back first thing Monday. she's been going great since, same lady every time which is brilliant for her. dead easy to change timings on the app too.

Had a question about evening visits and they got back to me the same afternoon, which I wasn't expecting. The carer who started on Tuesday was lovely with my gran and really thorough with her medication list. Happy to recommend them to my friends.

Honestly, it's a good service and the carers we've had have been decent people. It does cost more than some other providers we looked at in our area, and the monthly invoice took a bit of getting used to. Scheduling changes are easy though, and I'd stick with them.

Honestly this is pretty good for arranging care for my gran. Booked it through the app in one go and the carer turned up on time most days. Only annoyance was the payment screen kept logging me out halfway through, so I had to start again twice. Still would use them again tbh.

Only real complaint is that a couple of visits ran in late when a carer was held up elsewhere, and I wish they had phoned ahead.
