I looked at a couple of other firms before picking this one, and the other ones wanted a site visit before quoting. Here the quote came back within the hour on the website without any fuss. The job was done in one visit and the engineer knew exactly what he was doing.

We had water coming through the kitchen ceiling on a Friday evening and needed someone urgent. Got quotes from three firms and this one was the only one that could get someone out the same night. Their call out fee was a bit more than the others, but the leak was fixed and the plumber was tidy about it.

Booked a drain clear on the app cos ours was blocked again. The guy turned up late and didn't really say anything, just got on with it. Was cheap enough though, and the drain works now. Probably wouldn't bother again tbh, I'd try somewhere with better reviews.
