I booked a consultation for a bathroom refit through their site last spring. The gentleman who came round was very courteous and took his time measuring up. The quote arrived a few days later, though I did chase them once as I had heard nothing for a while. The work itself went smoothly and the team tidied up properly afterwards. A sound outfit, I'd say.

Compared with the bigger brand my sister uses, this came out a fair bit cheaper for the same level of cover, and the claim process has been simple so far. The paperwork was all done online and I got a clear confirmation email straight away. Nothing about it felt like a bargain that would cost me later. Happy to keep paying for it.

Went with them over my bank's personal loan because the bank wanted weeks and a branch visit, and this was done online in an afternoon. I'd used a loan broker before and this was a lot less fuss. The approval came through quickly and the money hit my account the next working day. Repayments come out on the date I picked and the app shows the balance clearly. Knows its stuff, no complaints.

Sticking with them, they're not the cheapest I looked at but they're not far off and the cover is decent for what I pay. The sign up took a while because the site wanted me to upload a document twice and I had to ring to sort it out. Once it was live it has done what it says and I've had no problems since. Would go back for the price alone.

Booked a slot for a boiler service through the app on my phone during my lunch break. Took about two minutes, picked the Tuesday and got a text confirming it. Engineer turned up in the window they gave and sorted it. Easy.

I've been with them for years so I needed a quick quote to renew the van cover before the old policy ran out. Went through the online form in about ten minutes, it remembered my details from last year which saved me typing everything again. Price was about the same as last time and the documents landed in my inbox straight away. Sorted.

Honestly the app is fine when it works but it kept logging me out every time I tried to check a repayment. Customer support replied eventually but it was a day or so. Money went through on time though, so can't complain too much. Would probably give it another go.

We needed a loan to cover a car repair and I'd already looked at two other lenders first. Their rate wasn't the lowest, but the eligibility check was quicker than the others. The approval took longer than they said it would, mostly because they wanted another payslip. Once it was through the money came in fine. Not the cheapest but it did the job.
