I looked at three other providers before picking these, mainly because the price was lower. The thing that caught my eye was the excess options, which were clearer than elsewhere. Sign up was easy enough. When I made a claim on my contents the assessor took nearly three weeks to get back to me and I had to chase twice. Eventually it was sorted but it was frustrating when I was living out of a suitcase.

Way quicker than the bank I went to last year, I had an answer within the hour. Application was all on the app and I didn't have to ring anyone. Money hit my account next working day. Repayments come out on the right date, only thing is the reminder emails are a bit much.
