Compared with the local tuition centre we used before, this is a bit more faff to get going. Signing up took a while and I had to send over my daughter's school details twice. Once she was in the sessions though, they were fine and the tutor knew what she was doing. Replies to my messages took about two days, which was annoying when I had questions.

We needed something affordable to help my son with his GCSE science, as the private tutors round here charge a fortune. This was a good deal less per session than the ones we looked at. The sessions themselves are solid and the tutor kept him on track. The one thing I'd flag is that the booking page took a bit of working out, but once it was sorted it was fine.

What I like most is that they keep the same tutor and the same time slot every week, so my daughter Ellie knows who she is working with. We have been with them for nearly three years now, since she was in Year 5, and the maths has come on a lot. The sessions are on the video link and mostly the connection holds up. Billing goes out monthly and I have never had to chase it.
