Went with these over three other options and it was the easiest by a mile. Booked the date online, they came back to us the same afternoon to confirm the details, and on the day everything turned up when they said it would. Would use them again for sure.

The confirmation texts are the thing I noticed most, they came through straight after I booked and again the day before with the meet time. Booking was quick on my phone, though the page kept logging me out halfway through the payment step which was faff. Otherwise the whole thing went smoothly and the person on the day was lovely.

Booked a slot for the group from work through the app, took about two minutes. Got a reminder the day before which was handy. Only thing was the payment didn't go through first time so I had to retry, but it sorted itself.

Compared to the usual event agencies I've used this is a lot simpler, you pick what you want without having to ring round for quotes. The booking itself took about ten minutes. Only niggle was a small delay getting the final confirmation email through.

We needed someone reliable for our wedding anniversary dinner and a friend pointed us here. We've been back three times since and it's always been dependable. Booking takes minutes and they remember what we asked for last time, which is lovely.

The last one for my husband's retirement was no different, the staff were patient with us on the phone when I got muddled about the dates and everything came together nicely on the day.
