I booked a collection for a parcel of important papers to go to my solicitor, and I'd been assured it would be picked up before noon. The driver did not arrive until gone three, and nobody from the company telephoned to explain the delay. When I rang the customer line I waited a long time to speak to anyone, which I did find disappointing given the cost.

Best courier I've used for a last minute drop, booked it on my phone between meetings and it was picked up in twenty minutes. Tracking worked, driver was polite. Will use again, no complaints at all.

Needed some tools dropped at a site before the lads started at seven, so booked it late the night before on my phone. Got a driver confirmed within a few minutes and the stuff was there on time. Simple as that, would use again for sure.

Compared them with two other couriers before picking these, and they came out cheaper for a same day drop across the city with a similar pickup time. The booking page is clear and I got a confirmation email right away. Used them three times now without any problem at all.

The tracking updates were what I noticed most, they came through at every stage and the driver's name showed up before the pickup so I knew who was coming. I've sent a fair few bits of freight over the years so I know what to look for. The only niggle is the app asks you to confirm the postcode twice which is a bit fussy, but the delivery itself was spot on and the parcel arrived in one piece.

Booked a same day courier to send a laptop to my mum in Leeds, first time using them. The booking was really easy and it took about two minutes on the site. Only niggle was the price felt a bit higher than I expected for the distance, but the parcel arrived the next morning and she was happy.

Brilliant service, I've used them for years for sending documents and the odd gift to the grandchildren. The drivers are always polite and the collections have been on time as long as I book the day before. Never had a parcel go missing in all that time.

Needed a courier across town same afternoon for a box of samples going to a client, and booked it on the app while stood in the queue at the post office. Driver arrived about twenty minutes after the window they gave me, which was a bit annoying with the client waiting. Got it there in the end though.
