Had a question about changing my payment date and the live chat answered in about two minutes. Just sorted it there and then, no ringing around. Didn't expect that from a lender tbh.

Compared with going to my high street bank for a personal loan, this was a lot less faff. I'd been dreading the branch visit and the form-filling, but here I did everything from my phone on the sofa.
