Arc Studio

I needed updated photos for my business website after changing roles. Found them through a search and booked straight away on the site. The session was easy and the edits came back in a few days, very happy with them.

Compared with the photo booth at the shopping centre, this was a fair bit cheaper for a proper sitting with a real photographer. You get more shots for the money and the files are yours to keep. Nothing major to complain about, just wish the booking page showed the prices more clearly.

Booked a headshot session on my phone during my lunch break and the photographer had me in and out in under half an hour. Only snag was the reschedule email took a day to arrive so I nearly missed it.

Never used a photo studio before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Booked the mini portrait session through the site on my laptop in about five minutes and got a confirmation email straight away. Photos for the kids came back within a week, really happy with them.

I booked a session for our newborn and the actual shoot was lovely. Getting the time slot confirmed took several emails back and forth though. The photos were fine but a couple weren't quite what I'd pictured from the examples online.

We've booked the annual family shoot with them three years running now, the one with the big group and the dog. The photographer knows us by now and the booking page works the same as it always has, though the last session did run about forty minutes over which made the kids restless. The prints come back in good time and the quality hasn't dipped at all, so we'll keep going back.

I was very pleased with how it all went.

Price is on the higher side compared with a couple of other studios I looked at, and the add-on prints cost more than I expected. The studio itself was clean and the photographer was patient. Would use them again if I needed something professional.
