Arbor Garden Solutions

Compared to the local firm we used before, these lads are a step up on the day. The last lot kept rushing and missing corners, whereas these take their time over the beds and sweep up after themselves. We've had them three seasons now and haven't had to chase once. Prices are about the same as before.

Compared to the last firm we used, these are much more reliable with turning up when they say they will. The old lot kept pushing dates back. The lawn looks good and the edging is neat. Booking was simple through the site, just a bit slow to confirm the slot by text.

We needed someone to clear a garden that had been left for two years after the previous owner moved out. Bramble and ivy had got into the fence panels and the lawn was knee high in places. The team cut back everything properly, took the green waste away, and gave us a clear list of what would need doing next spring. Really useful for a first-time buyer like us.

First time using them and I booked a hedge trim through the site on a Tuesday night. Got a text the next morning to confirm the slot, which was handy. The price came in a bit above what the other firm quoted me, but the job was done properly and the bins were taken away too. Only niggle is I had to ring to change the date, the online form wouldn't let me pick a new one.

Honestly not impressed with the hedge trimming. Booked it in for a Saturday morning and they didn't turn up until Tuesday afternoon with no call. When they did come they left a load of clippings on the patio and I had to sweep it myself. Booking was easy at least.

Been using them for about six years now and the same two lads still come out, which says a lot to me. They always leave the edges neat and never leave a mess on the patio.

Booked a fortnightly lawn cut through the site and the first visit was done before I'd even finished my tea. Crew turned up on time and left the edges looking sharp. Would have given more stars if the app let me add a note for the gate code.

Booked a one-off tidy up of the back garden and it was done in a single morning. Everything got cleared and the crew were friendly without being pushy. The site made it easy to pick a time and see the price before I committed.

We needed a large overgrown privet cut back before the sale of the house went through. The crew got the job done and the front is much tidier. It was a bit pricier than the other quotes we got and the waste took longer to clear than I'd have liked. Fair enough for what it was.

Booked a fence repair through the app, which was quick enough. Two panels got fixed and the bloke was nice about it. Only thing was the price came in a bit higher than I'd seen on other sites, and they didn't quite finish the gate latch because they ran out of time. Still pretty happy with it though.
