Way better than going to my overdraft, which was costing me a fortune. Applied last night and the money was in my account this morning. Repayments come out on the right date every month so no stress.

Needed to cover a car repair before Friday so applied on my phone during lunch. Form was quick and they asked for my payslips which I uploaded straight from the app. Got a yes, money in by Thursday evening. Only thing was the app kept logging me out halfway through the upload.

Took out a consolidation loan to bring three credit cards together. Compared it with two other providers and their monthly figure was the most manageable. Getting the money was fine but the paperwork for the final settlement letters took nearly three weeks to come through, and I had to chase it twice.

Honestly really happy with how this went, it was my first time borrowing from them and I half expected a fight at the approval stage but they asked for my payslips and bank statements and that was it. The money landed in my account the next working day. Only small thing was the app logged me out twice while I was uploading documents so I had to start again, but I got there in the end.

Loads of people on forums said it was fast but mine took about five days from approval to the money showing up. Reps said it was a bank holiday issue. Did the job in the end though, just annoying when you're waiting on rent.
