Switched over from my previous provider and this is a lot quicker to deal with. Payments arrive when they should and the statements are clear. Long time user of the other lot so this was a relief.

Compared with the bank I was using before, this was far quicker to sort out and I didn't have to wait on hold. The one small irritation was the online form, which kept logging me out halfway through.

Once I found it in the terms the rate still worked out cheaper than the high street lenders I'd looked at. Approval came through in a day and the payments go out on the date I picked, so it does the job, though I'd read the small print properly before you sign.
