The bathroom they fitted looks lovely and the crew were very careful with the tiles, which I had worried about. The only niggle was that the sales contact took a few days to reply to my first question about the timing, but once the job started communication was good. Would use again.

We ordered a new front door with a glazed panel and it was fitted by the end of the month as promised. The fitter was pleasant and tidy, though the door did need a second adjustment to close properly after a few weeks. The price was on the high side compared with what my brother paid elsewhere, but it's been fine since.

Booking was straightforward over the phone and the price we were quoted was the price we paid, which I did appreciate given how many firms seem to add extras once they are in the house.

We bought a pair of composite French doors for the back of the house. The quote was fair against two others we got and the install took two days, which was about what they said. The only thing I'd flag is that the handles were ordered separately and it took a while to sort out, but the doors themselves are solid and the price was reasonable for what you get.

Compared with the local joiner we first asked, they came in a fair bit lower for the same size of conservatory roof. The survey was done in the week and the crew turned up when they said they would. Quality looks good so far and I'd go with them again.

The fitters worked around us and left the kitchen clean at the end of each day. The total came in under what the showrooms quoted, so it was a good call for us and we'd use them again.

Worth going with them if you want proper double glazing with the warm edge spacers and decent hardware. I know the spec well from years in the trade, and the units they used were the right ones for the frames. The one thing that dragged was the planning of the install dates, which moved twice and left the house open a day longer than needed.
