Compared to the old alarm company we had before, this is miles better, the old one charged us for a call out every time the battery went and this one just sends a reminder. Signed up on the phone in about ten minutes and they set the date for the pendant to arrive. The gran has been using it for a month now and she likes that it's light.

Got the pendant for my nan who lives on her own. It arrived quick and she figured it out easy enough. Only thing is the battery light blinks a bit early so we had to check it, but it's sorted now.
