Ziketech

I bought the floor lamp as a first order with them and it arrived with a scuff on the base that I had to message about. They sent a replacement base within a week, which was fine, but the whole exchange took longer than I'd like and I had to wait in for the second delivery. The lamp itself looks nice and the price was good. Just be prepared to check it straight away when it arrives.

Our old machine packed in on a Sunday so we needed a replacement quick. Compared three or four sites before picking this one because the price was a bit lower and the delivery dates were clearer. Ordering was easy enough, though the confirmation email took a while to arrive. Everything else went smoothly and the machine is working fine so far.

The product photos are accurate, which I didn't expect given how many sites use stock pictures. I bought a backpack and it looks and feels exactly as shown. I'm a bit of a gear nerd so I checked the stitching and it's solid. Delivery was quick and the zip works smoothly.

I'd say this is a very good place to buy from, and I say that having been a bit wary of ordering online at my age. The checkout was clear and the staff answered my question by phone within the hour. Parcel came just as described and the cushion covers are lovely. I shall certainly be ordering from them again.

Good value for the money, that's the bottom line for me. I was buying a pair of curtains for the spare room and wanted something lined without paying the premium prices. Ordering was simple and they came when they said they would. Quality is better than I expected for the price and they hang well. Worth the money.

Got the wireless headphones after months of thinking about it, this was my first time ordering from them. The box turned up two days early and the sound is really clear for the money. Battery lasts ages too. Happy with it, will probably look at them again for other bits.

Applied on my phone during my lunch break and got approved before I'd finished my sandwich. The money was in my account by the next morning, really easy. Repaying through the app is dead simple too.

Lost my charger on a night out so needed a new one for work the next morning. Ordered at about 11 at night and it turned up before lunch. Works fine, no problems, and the price was lower than the shop round the corner.

What I notice every time is how quick the checkout is, I've been buying from them for about six years now. Prices are fair and the site has never gone down when I've needed it. Delivery was a day later than usual this time, which I'd put down to the bank holiday. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

This compares well against the rival brand I'd been using, with a slightly better spec on the drill for about the same money. I've used power tools for years so I know what to look for. Delivery was on time and the case was undamaged. Only minor gripe is the instructions in the box are a bit thin.

Compared to the other site I usually use for this, this one had a much cheaper delivery charge and the product was the same brand. Ordered a set of storage boxes and they arrived in good nick. Really pleased with the swap.

Needed a phone case quick because I cracked mine on the pavement. Ordered one from them on my phone, checkout was dead easy and it turned up the next day. Fits perfectly, good price, would get again.

The quilt cover I ordered fits the duvet exactly, which I was rather relieved about. Delivery came when the website said it would. The packaging was neat and the cotton feels lovely. Everything about the transaction was agreeable.

I'd been looking for a good quality kettle for some time and needed one that would last, so I decided to try this site after a friend recommended it. Ordering was straightforward, though I did find the returns form a little fiddly to complete online. The kettle arrived well wrapped and works beautifully. The customer service team were polite when I rang with a question.

Honestly this is the best of the lot I looked at for a new desk chair. Checked three other places and this one had the clearest spec and a proper returns policy. Ordered on a Monday and it was with me by Wednesday, all boxed up nicely. Chair is comfy and built solid, I'd go with them again.

Been ordering from them for years now and they've never let me down. Prices are sensible and the order tracking is always accurate. This time I bought a set of garden tools and they arrived with no fuss, all in good order. Still my first choice when I need something.

Ordered a cordless vacuum from them on my phone during a lunch break so this is quick. Arrived a day early, box was undamaged and everything was in it including the spare battery. Suction is strong and the bin empties easily. Price was right too, cheaper than what I was looking at in the shop. Happy with it.

Compared with the high street shop, this was a fair bit cheaper for the same bedding set and the thread count is what it says. I looked at a couple of other online places before choosing, and they were either dearer or had longer delivery times. Arrived on schedule and the packaging was tidy. Very happy.

Way cheaper than the big name one I was going to get, same spec basically. Only thing is the delivery took four days when it said two, but yeah it's fine. Works well and the price made it an easy choice.
