I'd say this is a very good place to buy from, and I say that having been a bit wary of ordering online at my age. The checkout was clear and the staff answered my question by phone within the hour. Parcel came just as described and the cushion covers are lovely. I shall certainly be ordering from them again.
Read moreI bought the floor lamp as a first order with them and it arrived with a scuff on the base that I had to message about. They sent a replacement base within a week, which was fine, but the whole exchange took longer than I'd like and I had to wait in for the second delivery. The lamp itself looks nice and the price was good. Just be prepared to check it straight away when it arrives.
Read moreI'd been looking for a good quality kettle for some time and needed one that would last, so I decided to try this site after a friend recommended it. Ordering was straightforward, though I did find the returns form a little fiddly to complete online. The kettle arrived well wrapped and works beautifully. The customer service team were polite when I rang with a question.
Read moreOur old machine packed in on a Sunday so we needed a replacement quick. Compared three or four sites before picking this one because the price was a bit lower and the delivery dates were clearer. Ordering was easy enough, though the confirmation email took a while to arrive. Everything else went smoothly and the machine is working fine so far.
What I notice every time is how quick the checkout is, I've been buying from them for about six years now. Prices are fair and the site has never gone down when I've needed it. Delivery was a day later than usual this time, which I'd put down to the bank holiday. Otherwise nothing to complain about.
This compares well against the rival brand I'd been using, with a slightly better spec on the drill for about the same money. I've used power tools for years so I know what to look for. Delivery was on time and the case was undamaged. Only minor gripe is the instructions in the box are a bit thin.

Way cheaper than the big name one I was going to get, same spec basically. Only thing is the delivery took four days when it said two, but yeah it's fine. Works well and the price made it an easy choice.
