They sent a replacement base within a week, which was fine, but the whole exchange took longer than I'd like and I had to wait in for the second delivery. The lamp itself looks nice and the price was good. Just be prepared to check it straight away when it arrives.

Ordering was straightforward, though I did find the returns form a little fiddly to complete online. The kettle arrived well wrapped and works beautifully. The customer service team were polite when I rang with a question.
