Compared to the other place I usually go this was way quicker to check out, like three taps and done. Delivery came the next morning which was mad. Easy, would use again lol.

Our old coffee grinder had given up, and I wanted one that wouldn't cost a fortune but still grind properly for filter. Ended up comparing a few places and this one came out on top for price and reviews of the model. Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt and it's been grinding perfectly every morning since. Happy with it and would order again.

Was about to buy the same thing from the big chain but this was about a third cheaper for the same brand of kettle. Arrived in two days, box was fine. No complaints, does what it's meant to.

Bought the adjustable reading lamp for the bedside, and it's been grand for reading in bed. Got it for a fair price against the other shops I checked. Took three days to arrive, which was a bit longer than I'd hoped, but nothing went wrong.

Used this instead of the other one my mates use and honestly it's way cheaper for the same bits. Ordering was quick and I got my stuff the next day. Pretty happy with it.

We needed a replacement bread maker after the old one packed in, so I ordered one in a bit of a hurry. Delivery took longer than promised and I did ring to check, and the person I spoke to was polite but couldn't say much. When it did arrive it was fine and works well, but the waiting left us without a bread maker for nearly two weeks.

This is the right ink for my printer, the colours come out just like the photos. I've been buying the same cartridges for years and this is the one I trust. Ordering took two minutes and it turned up on time. No issues at all.

We needed a proper pressure washer for the patio and driveway after the winter moss got out of hand. Knew the spec I wanted from years of doing this myself, and the one I picked did the job in half the time of my old machine. Quick to order and the hose fittings matched my existing gear straight away.

We had a guest coming for a long stay and the spare bed needed a proper mattress topper, so I ordered one from here. The checkout was straightforward enough, though I did have to phone about the delivery slot as it wasn't clear on the page. The topper itself is fine and the price was reasonable. It did take a little longer to arrive than I'd hoped.

I've owned a few of these over the years so I knew what to look for, and this one does the job on patio slabs fine. The hose connector is a bit fiddly to click on, took me a minute the first time. Price was lower than the big DIY chains for the same spec. Delivery was quick.

Compared it with the usual high street shop and this was a fair bit less for the same kettle. Ordering was simple and the checkout didn't ask me to make an account, which I liked. Arrived the next day and it works perfectly, so no complaints from me at all.

Went with these over two other sites and they came out cheapest once delivery was added on. Ordered a set of picture frames for the hallway and they arrived well wrapped with no damage. The only thing I'd say is the instructions for hanging them were a bit vague, so I had to work it out myself, but the frames look nice and I'd order from them again.

The parcel turned up with the wrong size lamp shade in it, which was annoying because I'd picked the size carefully. Customer chat was ok but took about two days to reply, so I was stuck waiting with no lamp and no idea if they'd send the right one. Site was easy to use to start with, I'll give them that. Not sure I'd order again though.

Sorted the new bathroom extractor fan from here, which saved me a trip to the builders' merchant. Honestly it's a bit more than I'd have paid elsewhere if I'd shopped around harder, but the fan's quiet and the fitting kit was all in the box. Delivery took a couple of days longer than the estimate, which was fine, and the item arrived intact.

Got the cordless drill with two batteries and it's been pretty handy round the house. Price was fair against what I'd seen elsewhere and it came in a sturdy box. It's not the fanciest drill going but it does everything I need for the odd job.

Picked up a pair of running shoes and they're comfy straight out the box. Got them for a good price compared with the sports shop in town. Delivery was quick and the box was in one piece. Sizing was spot on so no returns needed.

The emails after I placed my order were the best bit, really clear about when things would ship. Checkout did log me out once though, so I had to start again. Got the hair straighteners in the end, they work great and cost less than I expected. Bit annoying but nothing major.

Bought a set of outdoor cushions for the conservatory, and I've been ordering from here for years now. They're still in good nick after two summers, which is more than I can say for the last set. The fabric hasn't faded and the zips still work smoothly. Delivery has always been on time and the packaging is careful. I'd say they're worth every penny for what they are, and I keep coming back.

Good value, it was the cheapest I could find for what I needed once I'd compared a few. The order went through quickly and the price matched what was on the page. Nothing much else to say, it did the job and I've no complaints.
