Our old coffee grinder had given up, and I wanted one that wouldn't cost a fortune but still grind properly for filter. Ended up comparing a few places and this one came out on top for price and reviews of the model. Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt and it's been grinding perfectly every morning since. Happy with it and would order again.

Customer chat was ok but took about two days to reply, so I was stuck waiting with no lamp and no idea if they'd send the right one. Site was easy to use to start with, I'll give them that. Not sure I'd order again though.

The checkout was straightforward enough, though I did have to phone about the delivery slot as it wasn't clear on the page. The topper itself is fine and the price was reasonable. It did take a little longer to arrive than I'd hoped.
