Our old coffee grinder had given up, and I wanted one that wouldn't cost a fortune but still grind properly for filter. Ended up comparing a few places and this one came out on top for price and reviews of the model. Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt and it's been grinding perfectly every morning since. Happy with it and would order again.
Read moreThe parcel turned up with the wrong size lamp shade in it, which was annoying because I'd picked the size carefully. Customer chat was ok but took about two days to reply, so I was stuck waiting with no lamp and no idea if they'd send the right one. Site was easy to use to start with, I'll give them that. Not sure I'd order again though.
Read moreBought a set of outdoor cushions for the conservatory, and I've been ordering from here for years now. They're still in good nick after two summers, which is more than I can say for the last set. The fabric hasn't faded and the zips still work smoothly. Delivery has always been on time and the packaging is careful. I'd say they're worth every penny for what they are, and I keep coming back.
Read moreBought the adjustable reading lamp for the bedside, and it's been grand for reading in bed. Got it for a fair price against the other shops I checked. Took three days to arrive, which was a bit longer than I'd hoped, but nothing went wrong.
I've owned a few of these over the years so I knew what to look for, and this one does the job on patio slabs fine. The hose connector is a bit fiddly to click on, took me a minute the first time. Price was lower than the big DIY chains for the same spec. Delivery was quick.
Went with these over two other sites and they came out cheapest once delivery was added on. Ordered a set of picture frames for the hallway and they arrived well wrapped with no damage. The only thing I'd say is the instructions for hanging them were a bit vague, so I had to work it out myself, but the frames look nice and I'd order from them again.
Sorted the new bathroom extractor fan from here, which saved me a trip to the builders' merchant. Honestly it's a bit more than I'd have paid elsewhere if I'd shopped around harder, but the fan's quiet and the fitting kit was all in the box. Delivery took a couple of days longer than the estimate, which was fine, and the item arrived intact.
Got the cordless drill with two batteries and it's been pretty handy round the house. Price was fair against what I'd seen elsewhere and it came in a sturdy box. It's not the fanciest drill going but it does everything I need for the odd job.
The emails after I placed my order were the best bit, really clear about when things would ship. Checkout did log me out once though, so I had to start again. Got the hair straighteners in the end, they work great and cost less than I expected. Bit annoying but nothing major.
