I've bought from them for well over a decade and the cotton used to feel a lot more substantial, but my last two have gone thin and the collars lose their shape after a couple of washes. The fit is still good and the ordering is simple enough, but for the price I expected better. I'll have a look elsewhere before I order again.

The shoulders are a little narrow on me, though I expect that's my fault for not checking the measurements properly. Bought the classic white oxford for a work dinner and it looked smart without costing a fortune. I've washed it several times and it still looks fresh. Good value for something I'll wear for years.
The collar stays put which is the main thing for me, I get through a lot of shirts and these last well through the wash. Ordered three on the site and they arrived in two days. Didn't have to pay extra for postage over the minimum either, which saved a bit. Not flashy but they do the job and I've stopped looking elsewhere for work shirts.
