Compared with the shirts I used to pick up at the department store, these fit me a good deal better in the shoulders and the cuffs stay crisp. I've been ordering from them for years and nothing much has changed in a good way. Delivery has always been prompt, usually within the week.

I've bought from them for well over a decade and the cotton used to feel a lot more substantial, but my last two have gone thin and the collars lose their shape after a couple of washes. Bought a classic white oxford shirt for my husband. It's well made and the stitching is neat, though I think it's a bit more than I'd pay for a plain shirt. The delivery took about four working days which was a little slow. He's happy with it so I suppose that's what matters.
